Charley is, professional, welcoming, pleasant, caring and a very good listener. She checked on my health, if it had changed to determine if the treatment was OK to proceed.
Charley explained the process she was using and what to expect at each stage.This is my second Facial and the treatment leaves you fresh and feeling youthful. Received many compliments about my skin from family and friends.

I cannot fault this place I love my facials and now that I have just had a Prophilo facial even better.
So easy few injections to the face but no bruising at all. It has given me volume and a ovely complexion. xx
