Charley was super knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the treatment. I'm an existing customer of My Skin Spa and used to go to the Solihull branch where I started my journey with Simone then Fiorenza. Both also great on their field of work.
I can't fault the team at all. They have me hooked and loving my skin even more.

Charley is, professional, welcoming, pleasant, caring and a very good listener. She checked on my health, if it had changed to determine if the treatment was OK to proceed.
Charley explained the process she was using and what to expect at each stage.This is my second Facial and the treatment leaves you fresh and feeling youthful. Received many compliments about my skin from family and friends.
