Before booking the microneedling voucher on groupon she advised me to cancel the voucher and book directly with her for the same price however I refused as Simone told me the payment of 189 had to be made via phone before I receive any of the treatments. She did this as she wanted me to come back for more sessions. My experience was awful she refused to put numbing cream on and the setting for the derma pen was the lowest as she wanted me to come back for more sessions.
