Online booking was really quick and easy. The receptionist even rang after booking to let me know about a special offer they have on at the moment.
Simone was extremely knowledgeable and explained the treatment in depth before beginning. Throughout the micro needling treatment, Simone checked in to make sure I was tolerating the pain okay and talked through each step with me as she was going. This made me feel at ease especially as it was my first time experiencing this treatment

I'm a regular at MySkinSpa, this was my first time with Simone and she really went the extra mile for me. I told her that it had been a rough week as it was my ex-husbands funeral and she was very compassionate giving a me facial massage to relax me which is not part of the treatment.

An absolutely brilliant experience with Simone. She made me feel so relaxed and advised me through all the procedure in what to expect to happen. Would highly recommend her. I will certainly be back for other treatments.
