Very clean, nice staff, however the laser does not work as quickly as they claim as I was told I would need 8-12 sessions - I’ve had 12 now and still need more, secondly the relocation was supposed to provide discounts and offers however I have received none of the sort :( is a shame when it started so well.

I am so happy with my results from laser hair removal, it is a game changer! The new clinic in Stourbridge is lovely and all of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Simone was amazing and made me feel so at ease. I look forward to the rest of my treatments :)
