At short notice I booked facial hifu and was lucky to get an appointment. The team were so kind and understanding when I was late and lucky there was enough time to have the treatment. Professional competent and friendly with excellent customer service. Now, when I got home I never said anything to my other half about having had treatment but after 24 hrs he said…” you know, you look younger”. He’s not observant at the best of times so that is a real positive after only 24hrs ! Happy days :-)

Very professionally presented clinic and all staff are very friendly. Saba was friendly and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed my facial but i would say that the experience could be more relaxing. The lights were bright in the room and the radio was on with traffic announcements on, which wasn't very relaxing. Dimming the lights and putting some relaxing music in the background would have been perfect for me but it is all down to a personal preference, I suppose.
