Friendly welcome on reception and also on the phone when I rang beforehand as was anxious about my procedure (RF microneedling). Simone was really friendly and reassured me, even leaving the numbing cream on longer than usual to make sure I felt no pain which I was scared about! Had nothing to worry about as my microneedling with RF was not painful at all. Great products (ZO) used. Am 2 days post recovery&skin looks good! Looking forward to coming back for my 2nd course in a few weeks time :)
