Very nice staff but, my treatment started 10-15 minutes late which was not added at the end of my treatment nor was I compensated for the late start; the radio was on which took away from the experience and was therefore hard for me to relax; the pressure was too soft, after I asked for medium to firm and, the reception is in the same room as the treatment room which is highly disturbing when customers are checking in.
As I said, nice staff, but I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

Charley was a pleasant person who I was glad did my facial … she is funny .. such a lovely girl and I felt so looked after and comfortable with her … Always asking if I was ok and very attentive.
