This was my second time having a facial at this salon. The first time was really good, the therapist was lovely and the quality was very good and my skin afterwards was great. This time a had my facial with another therapist and even though the facial experience was good I was't happy with the end results as after the treatment on the next day I had red marks (from the extractions) and a few new spots. :( ... The owner however was very nice and called me up and apologised.

I’ve been coming to Nasslam for a year now and it never disappoints. All thetapists are great but first time i had my facial with Guzal and left very satisfied. Her facials are thorough and my skin is glowing today

Really great treatment. Staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Got the exact treatment I came in for and minimal wait time. I really liked that they discussed options for further treatments/products but were not pushy at all. I’ll definitely be back!
