I didn’t have Zivile I had Roma who was very friendly and professional. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. Also took before and after photos do show me the areas of successful extraction. The peel smelt strong but worth that for the feeling of smooth skin afterwards. I will be coming back for my next treatment
