I’m a regular customer and I’ve booked my treatment with Zivile to only find out at the venue that she’s wasn’t working on that day. So I had the treatment with another beautician who did her best to provide a good facial - The issue was clearly not under her control. The problem is when a regular client wants to book a treatment and have a follow up with the same beautician, it is very hard to book it through the app. 4 beauticians work there and only 2 names appears in the booking system on treatwell. I hope the management will look into that issue and solve it!
