My consultation and spot test with Roma was thorough, friendly and I felt really heard. Had a thread treatment which was very efficient, perhaps even too fast - no moisturizer/spf was applied after and I was in and out in less than 10mins. Nevertheless overall clean, friendly and effective - would come back!

Would not recommend facial extraction or exfoliation with this place. Since my facial my skin is inflamed, rash has occurred as well as popped my spots leaving a mark on my skin and holes. The lady did not face map me properly and used harsh treatment on my skin. Absolutely awful and horrific.
