Staff bother to ask questions about your skin. Free quick skin analysis and ZO sample... decent size too. Long steam and quite quick extraction. Not enough pressure with facial. But facialist was nice and professional. A good value way yo try out ZO. Was a bit more about the products than technique. But an okay experience.
