Overall a good visit. I made a last minute booking on Treatwell so I think I may have arrived before the confirmation from Treatwell came through to the salon. I did the extraction facial and overall it was a good thorough facial, I just wish she would stop selling all her products for a second and just let me relax. Another niggle was that she took 10 minutes finding the booking, getting me set up on the system etc and then tried to cut that 10 min from my treatment time! But once I let her know that I had arrived at the correct time she gave me my full treatment time (although she left the room quite often so not actually sure I got the full experience). Last niggle: I thought it is customary during facials to give a little head massage or neck and back massage whilst the mask is on. Instead I was left in the room alone. felt a bit odd.
