In general, I had a good experience with the facial - steam and pore extraction today. I booked specifically with Roma based on recommendation by a friend. However upon arrival someone else did my facial. Its disappointing that I wasnt given the the explanation of why somebody else was doing my facial especially as Roma was around. Nevertheless, Noor did my facial, who was very polite, honest and kind and I felt very comfortable shortly after. Also, I rate 5* on the cleanliness of the room and way treatment was carried out.
The negative points: I wasnt told why a photograph of my face was taken at the beginning with details of name, dob, and the date captured, it was collected on some sort of database. I forgot to ask in the end how it was relevant to my treatment. But it wasn't explained to me at the time.
Also, the woman at reception (not Roma) on my way out was very unapproachable.
In general though I'm happy.
