Once I arrived and went downstairs (it’s under a pharmacy) the staff were very friendly and sweet. They offered me water and said I needed to have my photo taken before and after so they could see the effects of the treatment on my pore count etc. I was informed as she was inspecting my skin before the treatment (as it was my first time) that it wouldn’t help clear up your skin (why I was there) like a scrub but is to help even out skin tone and lessen the presence of wrinkles. She said I should be having a normal facial but I had pre paid and this wasn’t able to be changed. She was very sweet and did the procedure anyway - which was very relaxing. When she showed me the after image, she couldn’t explain to me why it said my skin was deemed ‘worse’ after, which I found a little odd. I was hesitant to write this review because I do think I would give them another shot as they were so nice and did act professionally but, maybe because it was my first microabrasion, I didn’t feel confident in what I was being told.
