Absolutely awful. Was not told what was being done, the products smelled like rotten egg. The extraction was so painful i thought she was going to break my nose at one point. My face is red raw and bleeding in many places which is going to scab and scar. Will never ever be retuning.

Really lovely, personable staff, very clean professional looking environment. The facial was relaxing, was a bit of exfoliation, steam, and then some kind of machine that zapped with powder on.. I feel like it cleaned my pores a little bit, but not that much so I probably wouldnt pay for the same thing again.
