I’ve had a skin test and consultation which was done very nicely, and information was given thoroughly. Will be back for actual skin treatments so it was important for me to first see which treatments were suitable for me, and get more recommendation on what I can do to improve my skin appearance. From start to finish it felt that the aim was to upsale. I expected a relaxing facial including extractions but the appointment consisted of having to take a photo of my face “for their records” (data privacy - nothing I signed confirmed what they would do with my photo) and the skin analysis was an extra £15. The actual treatment was in a clinical room and the “facial” was very clinical with minimal products used. The extractions were minimal and the products used left my skin feeling very dry. Talcum powder was used. There was simply a wash and then an aloe Vera masque. The most talking was finding about my skin concerns which then was used as a means to fear monger about how my skin is in dire need of treatment (that I can buy in service and product but an unverified unknown brand) despite the fact I am only 31. I am unsure how the skin analysis programme used To take my photos for their records really does analyse my skin. I was left very down and depressed by being made to feel that my skin is extremely problematic. I did get a sample cleanser though. One plus. Would not recommend. This needs to not be advertised as a facial, it is a micro facial at best.

super friendly staff. very caring, bringing you tea and asking if you need anything. explained the treatment very well. good recommendations for daily routines and also follow up treatments. definitely coming back.
