I turned up early so the next available therapist saw to me. This helps if you don't mind who does your treatment. I was attended to a lady who's new at the centre but clearly knows what she's doing. Talked me through the whole procedure which I thought was helpful and made me feel very comfortable. She was also firm with the extractions because that's exactly what I wanted as my face is very clogged. Even though I asked for firmness, she still made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely return

Noor was the sweetest! I had the best experience with getting my first facial in London. My skin feels amazing. She gave me a lot of product recommendations and I’m definitely going to make this a regular thing. Will definitely be going back because of the excellent service I received from her today.
