Professional and high quality service. Very attentive owner. However, Roma is one of a kind, specially talented beautician. I’m delighted to go back for any treatment that she suggests and proves to be useful. I would strongly recommend the saloon in general!

Roma was fantastic. She made me feel at ease and explained the whole process to me, whilst checking I was happy throughout the process. The results speak for themselves and I will definitely be coming back.

The pore extraction was amazing, they were thorough with the process. However during the process she sold me a £15 facial analysis and product suggestions. All she did was suggest products from their range. Nothing about my skin, what I should or shouldn’t do or alternative products might work. She seemed disinterested as soon as I said I could not afford the products she suggested. Won’t be going back.
