Roma was super lovely! I was very nervous to get facial done by someone new, but the experience turned out to be superb. Didn’t pressure into doing the original treatment that I had booked, instead focused on what’s best for my skin condition. Would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable lady and good products. Treatment was also good. Unfortunately, pore extraction was barely done. I had to extract blackheads etc myself once I got home, not what you want if it is included in the treatment. Also no massage even though it was also said to be part of the treatment.
