I decided to have my skin analysis done before I'd opt for further treatment and it's a great move I recommend to everyone. The specialist took photos of my skin, we talked about the most problematic issues, I got a specialist product aginst my problem, many bits of advice (I already bought a recommended product and in the near future I'll follow treatment advices as well). Must-do for problematic skins who spent thousands with wrong treatments and useless cosmetics. The specialist very kind and honest.

Lovely customer service, tattoo removal is painful! But the ladies are so sweet and kind. Made the experience a lot more bearable. I would highly recommend.
