No consultation before the hairwash. Roughest hair wash I've ever experienced. Had to go back to get her to fix the awful job she did. Supposed to be a graduated bob....I got a lob sided Bob. Once it was evened up, I now just have a shapeless bob. If you can't do a certain hairstyle, don't even try.
