I was able to book a session with them. However, I cannot contact their phone line. Staff are polite. I showed what haircut I want to achieve. I love the outcome but it was not the style i requested for. It was lovely but not practical in having those layers and harder to maintain. I also waited long time after the haircut in order to achieve the curls for the photo. No refreshments nor checking in how I was feeling in that very hot day. I also wish the photo taken to be erased for my privacy..
