I went for a patch test, fine. Sent pictures as requested, fine (baby pink balayage). Hair ended up ash blonde! I told him this was not the look I wanted. Then it came out he didn’t have the correct colour/toner and it would have to be ordered in! WTF! When he finally got in touch to my fix hair he was extremely rude and full of excuses. If he was honest it would have been ok. Talk about fragile male ego! I didn’t trust him to fix it so went to a different salon. No win no fee it is!
