First time with this salon, I was made aware that the individual wasn't available on the day I arrived, despite checking days before.
I went for a standard cut, not the grooming package as originally planned. I expected a partial refund afterwards.
Further overcharged on the day, depite efforts to get this back the individual concerned resisted attempts to refund my money.
The salon never acknowledged their mistakes and fairly refunded my money I wouldn't have awarded 1 star.

My experience at the saloon was definetly positive, the staff was helpful and professional. Not only the hair cut was great, but they blended my old colour so nicely that it seems as it were done today.
