I had an appointment for blowdry. I confirmed the price for 20£. But they charged me 50£ at the end. They said they had to do a treatment on my hair for 30£ which they hadn’t informed me before when they were apparently doing that treatment to my hair. They hadn’t asked for my consent wether I wanted that treatment or not. Also the blow dry didn’t last an hour.
