Not a good experience at all. They were running 15 mina late. They run out of hot water and I had to inform them as they didn’t notice that my feet were in very cold water (they then fill up sink with the kettle). The beautician was too busy having a videoconference, while working on my pedicure and my toe nail was cut from the side in such a bad way that it’s still hurting. Lastly the beautician bumped on my newly made nails resulting in a bad finish. Although I let the girl know of all these things, she didn’t even apologized, instead she was rude enough to let me incourage to write a bad review. Not happy, Go somewherelse!
