First time I’m not giving the full 5 stars here! My treatment was great and staff were professional and friendly. Only problem was there were only two members of staff in. I had booked my appointment for 11am and wasn’t seen until twenty past. This had a knock on effect and I could see customers who had booked for half 11 not being seen until much later. Not sure what happened here - as I said, staff were great but it would have been better if I’d been told they were running late.
