can't really fault the treatments but was unimpressed to find I had been double booked and asked if I wanted to cancel when I had specifically booked an appointment and paid up front as I needed the treatments done for an event the next day, in the end I had no choice but to wait and was delayed by about half an hour.

I asked for nails to be shaped as very short and square with this shellac treatment, and they were left much longer than anticipated and more of a square round shape.
