The salon was very busy. Waited 15mins despite making an appointment. Others had to wait even longer for their pre-booked appointments.
I’m happy with my nails, but the whole experience was rushed and frantic.
The cleanliness was a little disappointing. Towels everywhere by the sink and definitely didn’t use new/clean maintenance tools on my nails. Their work benches were covered nail fillings etc.
My technician was lovely but obviously had too many clients on the go.
