They seemed to have overbooked due to an issue with their systems so I waited half an hour before I had my treatment. However, the staff were very nice, the place seemed very hygienic and the manicure and pedicure were great.

Amazing pedicure. Although the pics show massage chairs but there weren't any there when we got there. Would have given 5 stars because I wanted a place with the chair but other than that it was an amazing pedicure for both me and boyfriend.
They can get really busy so I advise to book ahead.

Very disappointing.
On arrival, the salon was packed with people waiting and as the manager hadn't been checking the booking system, she didn't realise I had booked. Instead of apologising, she said I'd made a last minute booking and they were running 15 mins behind (I'd booked hours before).
20 mins later, when I came back, I was told I needed to wait another 15 mins. I said how about I give you 25 mins and then come back to make sure you have enough time. so, 25 mins later when I was on my way back, I called to see whether they were definitely ready for me. They said yes, so I started making my way there - however, they weren't ready when I arrived.
My appointment finally started 1 hour after the booking time. The technician doing my pedicure was very rude and unprofessional. It was a very rushed, quite painful and not very well done pedicure.
The manager did not apologise as she was doing my fingernail gel removal. Instead she let me know again that I had made a last minute booking, and they'd had a very busy day. I'm unsure why the slot was available given (a) the salon was already overbooked and (b) they were accepting walk ins whilst I waited and then during my appointment.
