Very disappointed today, pedicure was rushed, had to then move as she didn’t know I was booked for manicure, I asked for round she says short - I respond just a little bit but she does them very short and then dismissed me when I told her! If the staff actually spoke to you this wouldn’t be a problem, it’s like they have become a victim of their own success.

Rushes through everything — hangnails left, topcoat in the cuticle, lumpy gel. Asked them to clean the nails and they said yes of course we will but cured them and shooed my off instead. Quality has gone down in the year or so I’ve gone here and unfortunately I think it’s time to find a new place.
