This place is so hit and miss. The last few times I’ve been they have massively overbooked and are clearly trying to juggle far too many people at once. My manicure started late and was done in parts by three different members of staff. The guy who finished rushed the gel painting and as a result I doubt they will last.

The manicure was great but I booked eyebrows turned up and they said they don’t do them anymore - think it’s a problem with treatwell!!
