Very disappointed today, pedicure was rushed, had to then move as she didn’t know I was booked for manicure, I asked for round she says short - I respond just a little bit but she does them very short and then dismissed me when I told her! If the staff actually spoke to you this wouldn’t be a problem, it’s like they have become a victim of their own success.
