My nails have lasted really well so I’m very happy with the treatment but they were clearly overbooked and understaffed so my 1hr 15 minute treatment took nearly 2 hours because they kept saying yes to everyone that walked in. Someone who had booked ended up cancelling as they were overrunning and running so late. Lovely team but get more staff or don’t book so many clients.
