Wasn’t particularly busy, but felt quite rushed.One of my cuticles was cut too short and bled a lot. After choosing my colour (pretty poor selection) my therapist proceeded to put the wrong colour on. Had to correct them.
Another customer complained about the treatment they were getting and the atmosphere even changed completely. The entire body of staff were panicking about this one customer, that standard for everyone else fell short.
Won’t be going back in a hurry.
