Hi it's clear to me that the whole team works very hard, but honestly the hygiene measures are not being respected and I was really disappointed with the quality of the service. Your prices are great so I understand, but the minimum standards for hygiene were really not met. I hate to leave a bad review but this was really not up to standards.

Great job of the nails however the salon was incredibly overbooked with staff jumping between clients. The atmosphere was very stressful and it felt as though they were rushing to get through as many people as possible without paying due care to your nails. Everyone also kept touching other people’s items and no one seemed to be washing their hands between clients (usually fine, but no so great with COVID). I don’t think I’ll be back until they sort out their overbooking issues
