Had to wait over 40mins for my appointment which was an inconvenience as I had another appointment. It happens often and I think it is because they don’t turn away enough walk in appointments. As whilst there I noticed another 5 other clients complaining about the wait.

Salon was very busy (sunday afternoon) and felt like they were a bit overwhelmed so not the most relaxing environment but quality of shellac was excellent. Would go again :)
