I arrived a few minutes before my booked appointment time and they had accepted some walk ins so I was made to wait 55 minutes before my appointment began. It was a Saturday so I appreciate it is a busy day but they had walkins queuing to be seen to before people with booked appointments. This is unacceptable

Really professional, I’ve used City Nails a few times and they just don’t compare to My Nails. Best nail bar in Islington by far.

It has been the second time I went to the salon. I was not 100% satisfied the first time but today it is just perfect! I asked for removing my previous ombre and did french manicure with Builder gel. The result is just amazing! Cathy is an expert ! I will go back again for sure!
