During the treatment of acrylics and gels my nails were carelessly filed causing cuts to my fingers. I have been having acrylics for years and never had this problem, one of my nails now has an infection from the cut. They were really polite in there and it was clean but I won’t be coming back

I have always had a good pedicure here, however I think the overall experience could be improved. On this occasion I visited on a Monday and the staff put a b series movie on war in Russia. This was massively diminishing the ' pampering' experience expected in a nail salon. Eventually another customer complained and they put on mute and music instrad but the war images were still running. A real pity for such a nice salon.
