I waited 50 mins to be seated for my appointment. They weren’t apologetic and blamed it on the fact that they have both direct and Treatwell appointments. If this is the case and they can’t manage 2 booking systems they should just use 1!
The staff uses outdated techniques. The old base wasn’t filed properly and now the new color looks terrible - wavy and uneven as if I have a nail condition. 2 fingers were cut and no one tried to disinfect it until I asked. Don’t recommend!!!
