I understand the cost of living increases in the prices but I'd expect to have at least the same quality and consistency of service as before. They were short-staffed, they apologised, but in a service of this kind, the small details count: asking about the temperature of the water, the positive vibe of the professional, missing the salts in the water, missing the hand massage.
