Love this place. Only quibble on this occasion was discovering the pointlessness of booking on a Friday afternoon. The company would be much wiser not to take bookings and rely on drop-ins before the weekend. But, my beautician was empathetic professional and did my nails beautifully - even if the treatment started half an hour late
