I arrived on time but had to wait for 10 more minutes until they finish the customer before me. They didn’t explain what was going on nor how much I’d need to wait. The gel manicure was not great either, he didn’t clean the overflown gel on the skin properly, and didn’t do a great job with cuticles. A bit disappointed.

My favorite nail place in London, always a great experience. Had the BIAB for the first time - love it. Technician was helpful and did a fab job! I will be returning for an infill as my nails need some support to grow with the Perimenopause affects..

Booked an appointment but was told to go across the road to My Beauty as they are owned by the same people. I’m very happy with how my BIAB turned out, I would definitely come back again. The colour selection is also great
