been coming here for a while and always had a great experience, my nails are a bit uneven upon further inspection this time which is a bit frustrating but first time I've experienced this here and isn't noticeable unless you really look.

The didnt was my upperlip properly, there was still some hair left. The next day I woke up with a big red ripped off mark on my upperlip where she had not done it gently enough. Awful.
