The whole experience was disappointing. When I arrived at 1030 the therapist was on the phone and told me to go in the room and said she was talking to her GP. As I waited I noticed old stained sponges in a bowl in the sink and hopes she wouldn’t use them on me but unfortunately she did and they had a rotten damp smell coming off of them. She put a packet face mask with oats in it on my face annd left room for 25m though I said I have a gluten allergy and as a result my face came out in a rash.
