I had booked but had to wait around for a bit - and they asked me to go to the salon across the road. I noticed some toenails in the basin (which were not mine). They used some sort of acid on my feet but must have accidentally gotten some on my leg. Which meant I got chemical burns. I noticed a burning feeling and my leg was red, she put sudocrem on it. But its a week later and the burns are still visible on my leg and painful. She tried to charge me full price. Appalling.
