lovely salon and staff but awful manicure completely wrong colour but I was in a rush to leave as it took quite a long time (90mins for a gel manicure) and I was late for a meeting. polish chipped off the next day

Really bad extensions- too long, gaps and spaces, just look so fake. I asked her what she could do to fix them and she said there was nothing she could do except remove them and I could book again! Total waste of £65.
