Arrived on time for my pre booked appointment but was sent to the salon across the road then still had to wait. Tried to use the drill on my bare nails - not necessary, it damages the nails and is not hygienic. Slow technician and over ran by 30mins which made me late for my plans. A shame because the place is local and the finish is decent.
